Cookies

hostly.org.es always uses essential cookies. Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Accept analytics”. ChatGPT ad measurement (the OpenAI pixel) loads only if you choose “Accept advertising”. They are separate choices.

What we use

• Cookie notice: we store hostly_cookie_ack, hostly_analytics and hostly_ads (granted or denied) in the browser’s local storage to remember your choice. It is not an HTTP cookie and it does not identify you to us.
• Language of this website: `hostly_web_locale` remembers the language you select in the selector on the home page. It is not linked to the language of the dashboard.
• Google Analytics (ID: G-L1JBW36364), only with your consent: Google measures pages, clicks, scroll, language, traffic source, the demo and whether you open the chat on this site. Form personal data is not sent. Google sets those cookies and the data leaves the EU. If you choose ‘Essential only’, this script is not loaded.
• ChatGPT campaign measurement, only if you accept advertising: the OpenAI pixel (public id 3gyYpDNQxtCCZsTqh81YDb) is loaded from bzrcdn.openai.com and sends events to bzr.openai.com. It stores the cookies __oppref (click reference, 30 days) and __obref (browser reference, 365 days). If you later pay for the subscription and had accepted, the server may tell OpenAI about that first payment (amount and currency) and those references. We do not send the email address in clear text. With the pixel on, OpenAI may detect an email in a form, normalise it and send only a SHA-256 hash. The data leaves this site for OpenAI. If you do not accept advertising, this script is not loaded.
• Chat widget: you can save a hostly_visitor in your browser to continue the same conversation. It is not an account, nor is it sufficient to view messages from another day.
• Business dashboard (https://hostly.org.es/en/app): Firebase Auth stores the owner’s session in the browser. The dashboard uses `hostly_app_locale` to determine its own language. This is required for login; it is not for analytics.

How to delete them

In your browser settings you can clear cookies and local storage for hostly.org.es. The notice appears again and you can accept or refuse analytics and advertising separately.
