Bookings from the chat, with no invented openings
Bookings are not tied to the plan. You turn them on in the dashboard. If they are off, Hostly does not book.
Times that exist
The AI does not invent a time. She asks the availability engine. If there is no table or no room at the practice, she does not offer one. The customer picks a time from those shown in the chat.
Payment
You can ask for a percentage of the service as a deposit. It starts switched off. Hostly keeps 1 % of that deposit. The end customer does not pay the SaaS fee.
Coming back another day
Saying a name does not list appointments. In the same thread, that booking can be managed. If the customer comes back later, they need a code sent to the email on the booking, or the buttons in the confirmation email. The AI does not hand over appointment details because of a name.
